Pre-arranged lesson cancellations

NO CHARGE - although I ask for as much notice as possible (a minimum of two weeks perferrable), especially if cancelling more than one week's worth of lessons.

Lessons cancelled with 48+ hours notice

NO CHARGE - every effort will be made to reschedule your lesson(s).

Lessons cancelled within 24-48 hours

A CHARGE OF HALF THE LESSON FEE WILL BE MADE.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice

A FULL LESSON FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

My diary is quite busy but every effort will be made to reschedule lessons at a convenient time if I am given at least 48 hours notice. Charges will apply to any lesson cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, except in exceptional/emergency circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
